Capitol Chiatto is the official Coffee.net blog about Seattle, cooking, coding and other issues pertaining to our lives as food critics and web developers. We post pretty frequently here about the internal workings of Coffee.net and site news, so it’s good to check-up on our blog if you notice any big changes going on with the site.

The editors of the site (Grant, Bryan, Steve) are also the contributors to the blog. Grant blogs about his adventures in the kitchen and with PHP and CSS. Steve drums up local news, coffee, and mostly about his beloved sports. Bryan, our science guy, talks about life on Capitol Hill and various environmental issues going on.

We certainly welcome feedback, so please feel free to post comments as they will be responded to. You probably won’t get an immediate response, but we’re a bunch of laid back guys and will find the time to get back to you.
